3. Use of Google API Services (Specific Disclosure)
Agenary integrates with Google API Services to perform its core automation functions.
Our use of Google user data strictly complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Google Calendar API
Purpose:
We use Google Calendar access to:
Check availability (Free/Busy status)
Create calendar events explicitly requested by the user or business client
Scope of Access:
Limited to creating and managing events related to the scheduled service
We do not modify or delete unrelated calendar data
Gmail API
Purpose:
We use Gmail access solely to:
Send appointment confirmations, reminders, or follow-up emails related to the scheduled service

Google user data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the service and is not stored beyond operational needs

Personal data and appointment information are stored securely in our database infrastructure (hosted on Supabase).
Security Measures:
We implement appropriate technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption and Row Level Security (RLS). While no system is 100% secure, we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.
Data may be shared only with trusted third-party services (such as Google) strictly to the extent required to perform scheduling, communication, and automation functions requested by the user or business client.
