This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and store your information when you use our AI Chatbot and scheduling services available at agenary.com.

2. Information We Collect When you interact with our AI Agent to book a service or request information, we collect the following personal data that you voluntarily provide:

  • Personal Identifiers: Full Name, Email Address, and Phone Number.

  • Service Details: The type of service requested and the preferred date and time for the appointment.

  • Conversation Data: The text logs of your interaction with our AI agent to facilitate context and improve service quality.


3. Use of Google API Services (Specific Disclosure) Our application integrates with Google Services to perform its core functions. We strictly adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How we use your Google User Data:

  • Google Calendar API:

    • Purpose: We use this permission to check your availability (Free/Busy status) and to create a new event on your calendar when you confirm an appointment.

    • Scope of Access: Our access is limited to writing the specific event you requested and checking for conflicts. We do not delete or modify your existing history outside of the events created by our service.

  • Gmail API:

    • Purpose: We use this permission solely to send a confirmation email to you (the user) and/or the business owner containing the details of the appointment you just scheduled.

    • Scope of Access: Our application uses the gmail.send scope. We do not read, analyze, or store your existing emails, inbox history, or contact lists.

Limited Use Policy Disclosure: Agenary's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google User Data for serving advertisements or for surveillance purposes.

4. Data Storage and Security

  • Storage: Your personal contact details and appointment logs are stored securely in our database (hosted on Supabase).

  • Security: We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures (including Row Level Security) to protect your data. However, please remember that no transmission of data over the internet is guaranteed to be 100% secure.


5. How We Share Your Information We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others. We only share information with third-party service providers (like Google) to the extent necessary to perform the scheduling and email functions described above.

  • Request access to the personal data we hold about you.

  • Request that we correct or delete your personal data.

  • Revoke our access to your Google Account at any time via your Google Account security settings.
